Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily outreach to potential landlords and property sellers
• Perform market appraisals to secure listings
• Register properties on our CRM system, Reapit
• Qualify clients and schedule property viewings
• Act as a mediator to negotiate suitable outcomes for all parties involved
• Maintain detailed records of properties, clients, and owners
• Build and nurture strong client relationships based on trust and transparency

• Proven success in the UK real estate industry
• A genuine enthusiasm for real estate and a commitment to continuous learning
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic
• A proactive, collaborative, and energetic approach to work
