Role Overview:
The Junior Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in creating visually compelling designs that influence Al-Futtaim's branding, marketing, and promotional efforts. This position requires creative expertise to attract and engage the target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating Visual Assets:

• Develop digital and print assets, including advertisements, social media graphics, banners, email templates, infographics, brochures, and flyers.
• Work on various media types, including images, audio/visual, animated graphics, and GIFs.

2. Branding and Identity:

• Establish and maintain the brand identity through logos, color palettes, and other visual elements.

3. Marketing Campaigns:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design visuals for advertising and promotional campaigns.

4. Photoshoots/Videoshoots & Post-Production:

• Plan and execute photoshoots and videoshoots for marketing campaigns.
• Handle post-production tasks, including photo editing, video editing, motion graphics, animations, and text overlays.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 1-2 years in a similar position.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Flash, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Dreamweaver, CSS, HTML, QuarkXpress, and photo editing.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, or communications (preferred).
