As an Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the digital department by processing and analyzing data to reveal valuable insights, patterns, and trends. You will utilize various analytical tools and techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights, empowering the department to make data-driven decisions.
- Provide strategic insights by analyzing data, identifying patterns, and delivering meaningful reports to support decision-making within the marketing department.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends by analyzing non-business data like website metrics and traffic patterns, offering actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to create marketing and digital dashboards for comprehensive data insights and analysis.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including the Head of Digital, to define analysis goals, design data plans, and improve processes for greater accuracy and efficiency.
- Contribute to the formulation of the data analytics strategy, ensuring that data-driven decision-making enhances business operations.
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to maintain high data quality and integrity.
- Conduct statistical analyses to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of various initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
- Present findings through reports, providing clear recommendations to internal teams, brands, and external partners.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head of the Department.
- High School/Vocational Qualification** with 5 years of relevant experience, or **Bachelor's Degree** with 4 years of experience.
- Strong ability to generate creative ideas and innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
- Deep understanding of market and industry trends, with an ability to stay up-to-date on competitor activities and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, and various data visualization libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, and D3.js.
- Expertise in interpreting data and uncovering market, industry, and customer behavior trends.
